Terms of service

techsale is a discovery and price-tracking service for technology products. We list products sold by third-party retailers, track their prices over time and rate them. We are not the seller and we do not hold stock.

When you complete a purchase we pass your order details to the retailer's own checkout. The contract of sale, payment, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds are between you and that retailer, under their terms. Contact them first for anything related to an order; we'll help point you in the right direction where we can.

Prices, stock and shipping quotes are read from retailers and can change at any time without notice. We check them repeatedly and show the seller's own charge, but the price at the retailer's checkout is the price that applies. Converted amounts, import-tax estimates and delivered totals are estimates. AI ratings and written verdicts are opinions generated from available data, not advice or a guarantee of quality.

• Membership costs €3.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled.
• New accounts can start a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, it rolls into a paid membership.
• You can cancel any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't pro-rate part months.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We may change the price with notice before your next renewal.

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate delivery information — incorrect addresses are the main cause of failed retailer checkouts. Don't scrape, resell or automate access to our data, and don't attempt to bypass member-only features.

We work to keep techsale accurate and online, but the service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from price or stock changes at a retailer, from a retailer's acts or omissions, or from service interruptions. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited.
